2026 Maternity Care Quality and Safety Forum
The NC Healthcare Foundation, a division of NCHA, will be hosting a one-day maternal health patient safety and quality forum for NCHA members on April 1, 2026 at the UNC Friday Center in Chapel Hill, NC. Please note the updated location for this event, which has changed since our prior communication last year.
The agenda will feature solution oriented content, including structured intra-and inter-facility maternal health care continuity, elevating patient-family voice to drive satisfaction, quality and safety, practical application of nationally recognized evidence based guidelines in all areas where birthing people are cared for, and exploration of challenges and solutions for developing and sustaining North Carolina’s maternal health workforce.
The target audience for this forum will be maternal health and emergency department clinicians, anesthesia providers, leaders in performance improvement and quality, accreditation, risk management, patient safety, and C-suite leaders with oversight for these areas.
