The use of restraints and seclusion is one of the most risk prone patient care interventions organizations use to address both violent behaviors and protect medical interventions. As an intervention used as a last resort, the infrequent use of restraints and seclusion can reduce an organization's ability to ensure compliance with CMS regulatory requirements. This webinar will focus on ensuring leaders understand the critical steps in the proicess of using restraints and seclusion to ensure patient/staff safety and regulatory readiness.
