Each webinar will provide foundational context on a key housing issue, highlight an innovative North Carolina hospital-community partnership currently implementing a solution, facilitate discussion around challenges and lessons learned, and identify opportunities for future collaboration across sectors.
Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of this webinar series, participants should be able to:
- Describe the multi-faceted connection between housing, health and access to care.
- Identify promising housing strategies implemented by North Carolina hospitals and community partners.
