Through this no-cost webinar series, NCHF will engage hospitals, community leaders, policymakers, and other partners in structured dialogue on access to care, centering housing as a critical driver of health. Each webinar will provide foundational context on a key housing issue, highlight an innovative North Carolina hospital-community partnership currently implementing a solution, facilitate discussion around challenges and lessons learned, and identify opportunities for future collaboration across sectors.

Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of this webinar series, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the multi-faceted connection between housing, health and access to care.
  • Identify promising housing strategies implemented by North Carolina hospitals and community partners.
  • Develop ideas for cross-sector collaboration to advance local housing initiatives and apply lessons learned to address common implementation challenges in their own communities.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and advance sustainable housing solutions.
